Recruiter

Location: Northbrook, Illinois

The Recruiter will be responsible for scouting talent and recruiting, staffing and scheduling candidates for interviews for Autism Home Support Services.  The Recruiter plays a critical role in seeking top talent for our organization and will be responsible for research, sourcing, cold calling, and will use other creative sourcing techniques to provide top quality candidates.

The Recruiter will:

Partner with our Clinical and Client Services teams to develop a complete understanding of the role/geographic location and needs to fill our open pipeline positions
Implement strategies to identify a qualified candidate pool
Maintain a strong partnership and compliance between Staffing and our Client Services team
Manage resumes and data mine candidates in our Applicant Tracking System and other appropriate data bases
Determine creative sourcing for challenging client needs/regions
Find additional networking opportunities to attract top talent, including diversity outreach, community efforts and alternative job boards

Education/Experience:

BS/BA degree
Minimum 2 years experience in a high volume staffing and search environment
Must be detail orientated, organized and able to juggle simultaneous sourcing requests
Demonstrated advance sourcing expertise beyond basic job board searches including advanced Boolean skills
Experience staffing and sourcing for part time health care roles
Experience with applicant tracking systems

Client Outcomes Manager

Job Summary:  This position participates in the development of the Quality Outcomes strategy of the company by developing and implementing outcomes measurement programs.  The Client Outcomes Manager is responsible for collaborating with the clinical team and leading the process of outcome analysis across the AHSS client base.

 

Responsibilities will include: develop and implement strategies for tracking and analyzing patient outcomes.  Researching and defining data collection methodologies, outcome metrics and process quality metrics.  Leveraging clinical data systems, survey tools and audit instruments to track quality metrics.  Performing analysis and aggregating results.  Writing reports summarizing outcomes and recommending quality improvement actions.  Providing reports to funding sources and other stakeholders.

 

 Duties/ principle accountabilities:

 

  • Collaborates with clinical staff to develop standardized assessment process and metric tracking
  • Devises methods and procedures for collecting, cleaning, organizing and processing data
  • Works with Clinical and Family Support teams to develop surveys and questionnaires, collect and analyze responses, and report on results and outcomes
  • Performs quarterly analysis of client progress outcomes and reports to management quality status of clients
  • Coordinates effectively with other key services such as CTM Training, Professional Development and Clinical Quality; as well as Operations, IT, and Staffing.
  • Participates in community education sessions, particularly with pediatricians and other physicians

 

Experience in the following areas:

  • 3-5 years of program analysis and outcome measurement for clinical outcomes or other similar analytic process
  • Bachelor’s degree required in finance. Degree related to psychology, finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, epidemiology, marketing research, accounting, economics or other data related fields preferred that requires hypothesis testing and systematic data analysis
  • Master’s Degree in health care related fields or MBA preferred
  • Experience in advanced Microsoft Excel-based modeling
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and database software such as Tableau, SAS, including STATA, SPSS, R, and SQL highly preferred
  • Prior experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals or health care industry is preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to and fielding questions from clients
  • Demonstrated ability to research issues and resources; basic record-keeping and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write reports, journal articles and/ or other technical documents
  • Successful experience in program start-up as well as ongoing operations
