Client Outcomes Manager

Job Summary:  This position participates in the development of the Quality Outcomes strategy of the company by developing and implementing outcomes measurement programs.  The Client Outcomes Manager is responsible for collaborating with the clinical team and leading the process of outcome analysis across the AHSS client base.

 

Responsibilities will include: develop and implement strategies for tracking and analyzing patient outcomes.  Researching and defining data collection methodologies, outcome metrics and process quality metrics.  Leveraging clinical data systems, survey tools and audit instruments to track quality metrics.  Performing analysis and aggregating results.  Writing reports summarizing outcomes and recommending quality improvement actions.  Providing reports to funding sources and other stakeholders.

 

 Duties/ principle accountabilities:

 

  • Collaborates with clinical staff to develop standardized assessment process and metric tracking
  • Devises methods and procedures for collecting, cleaning, organizing and processing data
  • Works with Clinical and Family Support teams to develop surveys and questionnaires, collect and analyze responses, and report on results and outcomes
  • Performs quarterly analysis of client progress outcomes and reports to management quality status of clients
  • Coordinates effectively with other key services such as CTM Training, Professional Development and Clinical Quality; as well as Operations, IT, and Staffing.
  • Participates in community education sessions, particularly with pediatricians and other physicians

 

Experience in the following areas:

  • 3-5 years of program analysis and outcome measurement for clinical outcomes or other similar analytic process
  • Bachelor’s degree required in finance. Degree related to psychology, finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, epidemiology, marketing research, accounting, economics or other data related fields preferred that requires hypothesis testing and systematic data analysis
  • Master’s Degree in health care related fields or MBA preferred
  • Experience in advanced Microsoft Excel-based modeling
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and database software such as Tableau, SAS, including STATA, SPSS, R, and SQL highly preferred
  • Prior experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals or health care industry is preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to and fielding questions from clients
  • Demonstrated ability to research issues and resources; basic record-keeping and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write reports, journal articles and/ or other technical documents

The Director of Marketing coordinates and leads all marketing activities, events and campaigns for Autism Home Support Services. The primary focus of AHSS’ marketing efforts is to strengthen our brand among our three key stakeholder groups: families, the Autism community including physicians and potential/current employees. The Director of Marketing will lead our marketing strategy to target and position our brand for maximum success as we expand our services with new geographies and new offerings such as Center based therapy, Speech therapy, and Occupational Therapy.  The position supervises the Event/Social Media Coordinator and works closely with the Lead Family Support Coordinator and Senior Management team.

Principal Responsibilities:

Continually develop AHSS’ overall brand and marketing strategies
Manage the Social Media/Events Coordinator
Ensure timely and quality Social Media content is published
Ensure all AHSS events are effectively executed including workshops, trade shows, and internal AHSS team building activities.
Ensure quality collateral materials are created, updated and distributed
Work with the Lead FSC to ensure continued direct marketing is conducted with pediatricians, EI providers and diagnosticians in the Autism Community.
Develop and maintain key Autism Community relationships (e.g., Autism Speaks, APBA, ABAI, regional ABA organizations)
Advocate for Autism and the Behavioral Analysis community (e.g., lobbying ERISA plans)
Collaborate with senior management on the ongoing growth of AHSS
Manage any marketing services vendors for maximum value and impact
Achieve quarterly and annual marketing goals including execution of marketing tactics and delivery of leads/ client inquiries

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor degree, preferably related to sales, client services or marketing
Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a professional and confidential capacity
Experience in managing a field support and marketing teams

Position summary:

The Human Resources Assistant will work under some supervision to ensure that the daily administrative needs of the HR/Talent team are met with a keen attention to detail. This individual requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.  Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and have the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgment.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Responds to a variety of questions via phone, email, and in person interaction regarding basic HR policies, benefits and payroll information; connects inquirer with the appropriate person in the HR/Talent Department when necessary.
  • Set up new hire information in HR/Payroll systems and maintain payroll promotion and merit updates. Will be working with Central Reach, Paychex and Google Maps and JAZZ (applicant tracking) systems.
  • Maintains current and terminated employee records. This includes gathering new hire documents, creating and organizing files, maintaining I-9 documentation and maintaining an employee file inventory.
  • Assists in administering the Employee Referral Program.
  • Assist with benefit administration and annual open enrollment.
  • Assists in general AHSS office duties including scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters and facilitating the new hire.
  • Assists the Human Resources/Talent team in a variety of projects as needed.
  • Maintain and update Staffing/Talent intranet site.

 

Technical Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related area preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year in a Human Resources/Talent Acquisition support role strongly preferred.

Position Details:

The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for scouting talent for Autism Home Support Services. The Talent Sourcer plays a critical role in seeking top talent for our organization and will be responsible for research, sourcing, and cold calling and will use other creative sourcing techniques to provide top quality candidates. The Talent Sourcer will also research and generate lists of target candidates within specific industries and manage on the job posting strategy including research into new job boards and websites. Additional responsibilities are to mine social networking databases for active and passive candidates, build targeted marketing campaigns to attract key talent and to consistently evaluate new tools and technologies for internet research and candidate attraction.

Talent Sourcer Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our Senior BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analysts) Recruiters and our Care Team Member Recruiters to develop a complete understanding of the role/geographic location and needs to fill our open BCBA and Care Team Member positions.
  • Implement strategies to identify a qualified candidate pool
  • Maintain a strong partnership and compliance between Senior Recruiters
  • Manage resumes and data mine candidates in our Applicant Tracking System and other appropriate data bases
  • Determine creative sourcing for challenging recruiting needs/regions.
  • Find additional networking opportunities to attract top talent, including outreach to community efforts and alternative job boards. Conduct market research to identify and present key talent for the Senior Recruiters.
  • Build and maintain an on-going, proactive pipeline of candidates.
  • Create and foster relationships with colleges/and or professional organizations to attract and recruit qualified candidates.

Job summary:

Function summary:

The University Relations Recruiter will be responsible for campus recruiting activities in support of AHSS strategic business priorities.  In this role, the University Relations Recruiter will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the program and manage the recruiting for campus hires from select colleges and universities with the goal to increase the quality of our long term hiring pipeline for both CTM and BCBA roles and to increase the company’s brand on campus.  This individual requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.  Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and have the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgment.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative ways to increase the company’s brand and profile on campus through partnerships/collaboration with various professional, community and student organizations.
  • Develop strong campus relationships with colleges and universities through placement offices, faculty, and administration and student bodies to promote the company’s brand and find diverse ways to attract candidates.
  • Partner with Senior Recruiters and CTM Recruiters to define and validate demand for campus hires and promote the usage of this talent pipeline to our client teams.

Technical Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
